30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Customers have 30 days from receipt to return their SpinPerfect products in like-new condition, with original packaging.

Cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

• Any return which originally received Free Shipping is subject to the original shipping cost being deducted from the refund.
• For international orders, the shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Upon receipt of your return it takes 5-10 business days to process your refund. All returns must include all original parts, packing material and be in like new condition.
